BOXING

American Gym's Boxing Classes are taught by our professional staff. They will teach the proper way to execute a jab, hook and upper cut punches as well as the correct footwork and defense all while adding cardio conditioning that real Boxers use to get into top shape! This class is great for women and men of any fitness level and age that want to get in shape in a safe and fun environment.

KICKBOXING

If you're ready to take your workout to the next level, then our cardio kickboxing workout is exactly what you are looking for. A total body workout that encompasses the martial arts discipline Muay Thai, this workout will firm your legs, arms, abs and leave you breathless! American Gym's kickboxing classes will get you in the best possible shape in a short period of time!

MMA STRENGTH/CARDIO CIRCUIT TRAINING

Build strength and endurance using plyo-metric training, jump boxes, kettle bells, Battling Ropes intertwined with MMA and kickboxing with the heavy bags! A grueling 45 min workout that will burn fat and sculpt your body while releasing all that built up stress!

ADVANCED BOXING

American Gym's sparring class in the competition size boxing ring is the staple for the advanced members. American Gym's head boxing coach is on hand to coach the members in the ring during simulated boxing matches.

KIDS CLASSES

At American Gym, kids will be able to relieve some stress while learning different disciplines of martial arts and boxing. It is very important for us to teach boys and girls self confidence along with self defense in a safe and friendly environment. Your Child will learn Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu jitsu, wrestling, and cardiovascular exercise to get them in shape. It's a fun and effective way to burn energy and fight obesity.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an advanced grappling class designed to teach basic submission techniques and strengthen your defensive skills.
