Classic Boxing at American Gym

American Gym’s boxing program prides itself on teaching the basics including footwork drills, shadow boxing, and punching combos in a fun and safe environment. When this is combined with our specific boxing condition program, this provides an awesome workout for all levels while learning the sweet science of boxing. We offer classes that are slow paced great for beginners and up-tempo classes designed for members that wish to push themselves. All classes will involve ab work to strengthen up the core and take aim at that six pack. Once you take a class with our professional coaches, you will see why this boxing workout is considered one of the best!

Advanced Boxing/Sparring Classes

We offer sparring classes for members who are ready to take their boxing skills to the next level. A coach’s assessment must be done prior to entering the boxing ring. Coached sparring is a great way to test your skill against your peers.
