Jiu-Jitsu at American Gym

Take your training and mental toughness to the next level while increasing your flexibility, increasing strength and shredding fat. American Gym Jiu-Jitsu is taught by Rob, who is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class teaches people how to defend themselves against a larger person using leverage. Students will learn basic techniques as well as core fundamentals such as guard passing, arm bars, chokes, and a variety of other submissions. Learning this Self defense may save your life.
